The Central Eastern European Technology Transfer (CEETT) is the first multinational platform for technology transfer in European Union, founded by The European Investment Fund (EIF), SID Banka and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR). Its investment policy is aligned with priorities of the InvestEU.

The platform provides support through venture capital funds to univesities and research institutes in Slovenia and Croatia through investment in innovative research projects, technology development, intellectual property rights protection and technology transfer, along with the popularization of scientific achievements and research projects.

The current value of the platform is  €40 million: EIF will provide €20 million, while HBOR and SID Banka €10 million both.
